Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Support Officer to join our client, a leading bank in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the banking team while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the banking sales team

Process banking documentation and transactions

Handle customer inquiries and requests

Maintain accurate records and database management

Support sales team with report preparation

Assist in customer onboarding processes

Coordinate with different departments for query resolution

Maintain filing systems for banking documents

Support compliance requirements and documentation

Assist in daily banking operations

Handle basic customer service issues

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of banking experience in sales support or admin role

Fluency in both English and Arabic (Mandatory)

Banking operations knowledge

Customer service experience

Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office

Understanding of banking products and services

Experience in handling banking documentation

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Banking certifications are a plus

Essential Skills:

Strong communication abilities in English and Arabic

Attention to detail

Organization skills

Multi-tasking capabilities

Customer service orientation

Team player mentality

Basic understanding of banking processes

Data entry accuracy

Candidate Requirements:

Must be available in UAE

Home country banking experience candidates will be considered

Ability to join immediately is preferred

Work Schedule:

Full-time position

Bank working hours

Friday-Saturday weekend
