Support Officer

Job Description

Job Overview:

We are recruiting a detail-oriented Support Officer for a leading bank in the UAE, seeking a professional who can effectively manage data analysis, reporting, and customer support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive data analysis and generate MIS reports

Implement IT project support activities

Manage customer queries efficiently

Execute and analyze marketing campaigns

Develop detailed reports using advanced Excel techniques

Support operational efficiency through accurate data management

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Minimum 2 years of experience in reporting roles

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Proficiency in:

Pivot tables

VLOOKUP and other Excel functions

Data manipulation and analysis

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Technical Skills:

Data analysis

MIS reporting

Campaign management

Excel advanced functions

Report generation
