Job Description:

Derby Group is hiring a Support Officer for a prestigious leading bank in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates skilled in data analysis, IT project implementation, and campaign management, who can handle customer queries and prepare detailed MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and manage extensive data for efficient reporting and decision-making.

Implement IT projects and support their successful execution.

Prepare MIS reports using tools like Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint presentations.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.

Oversee campaign management processes, including pre- and post-campaign analysis.

Deliver accurate reports within expected timelines.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data reporting and analysis.

Expertise in Excel functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP is essential.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Availability in Abu Dhabi is mandatory.
