Duties & Responsibilities:

Mandi Man LLC is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management within the Food and Beverage industries, demonstrating a track record of optimizing logistics, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency throughout the supply chain process.

Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Strategy:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to streamline operations and improve supply chain efficiency.

Vendor Management:

Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality standards are met.

Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and reduce excess inventory, optimizing working capital.

Logistics Coordination:

Manage transportation and distribution of products, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Continuous Improvement:

Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in supply chain processes, utilizing data and analytics.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold quality standards across the supply chain.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience of 2 - 3 years in supply chain management within the Food and Beverage industries.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on data-driven decision-making.

Solid understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.

Additional Skills:

Fluent in Arabic and English is mandatory.
