Job Description

An exclusive Downtown Dubai venue seeks an accomplished F&B professional to elevate our luxury dining operations. This pivotal role combines leadership finesse with operational excellence in one of the city’s most prestigious culinary destinations.

Service Leadership

You will orchestrate flawless front-of-house operations, mentoring service teams to deliver Michelin-caliber hospitality. Your expert eye will maintain impeccable standards across table settings, guest interactions, and service flow during high-volume periods.

Team Development

Leading by example, you’ll implement training programs that transform service staff into luxury dining specialists. Your coaching will cultivate wine knowledge, menu expertise, and intuitive service instincts among team members.

Operational Excellence

The role demands mastery of fine-dining logistics – from reservation management to VIP table allocations. You’ll optimize floor plans and service timing to create perfect pacing for multi-course tasting menus and celebratory occasions.

Guest Experience Curation

Your hospitality instincts will shine as you handle special requests, discreetly resolve service recoveries, and build relationships with our discerning clientele. Your presence ensures every guest feels personally attended throughout their dining journey.

Inventory & Quality Control

You’ll collaborate closely with sommeliers and chefs to manage premium inventory levels, ensuring proper glassware, linens, and specialty equipment are always presentation-perfect.

Candidate Profile

We require professionals with:

  • 2+ years UAE-based fine dining supervisory experience
  • Proven track record in luxury restaurants/hotels
  • Extensive wine and gastronomy knowledge
  • Availability for flexible upscale hospitality schedules
