Role Overview – Star Services L.L.C. is hiring a Supervisor Transportation Operations for a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for experienced logistics and transportation professionals with strong operational expertise, fleet management knowledge, and the ability to supervise transportation operations effectively, manage drivers, optimize routes, ensure compliance, maintain quality standards, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic transportation and logistics services organization.

Transportation Operations Supervision – You will supervise transportation operations by managing daily activities, coordinating fleet movements, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will oversee driver operations, monitor fleet performance, and support smooth service delivery. You will provide frontline supervision supporting operational objectives and customer satisfaction.

Driver Management and Supervision – You will supervise drivers by assigning routes, monitoring performance, providing direction, and supporting driver coordination. You will oversee driver conduct, address performance issues, and maintain driver standards. You should provide effective driver supervision and development.

Fleet Management and Maintenance – You will manage fleet operations by coordinating maintenance, tracking vehicle condition, and ensuring fleet reliability. You will schedule maintenance, monitor vehicle health, and support equipment availability. You should maintain fleet in operational condition.

Route Planning and Optimization – You will plan and optimize routes by analyzing requirements, determining efficient paths, and coordinating routing. You will optimize fuel efficiency, minimize travel time, and support delivery timeliness. You should optimize route planning.

Schedule Coordination and Execution – You will coordinate schedules by organizing dispatch, managing timing, and ensuring adherence to schedules. You will track schedule performance, adjust for disruptions, and maintain timeliness. You should manage scheduling effectively.
