Job Description

Role Overview – Cargoline FL is hiring a Supervisor - Operations & Customer Service for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished supervisory professionals with strong operational and customer service expertise, logistics and cargo industry knowledge, and the ability to lead teams effectively, manage operations, ensure customer satisfaction, optimize efficiency, maintain compliance, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic logistics and cargo organization.

Operations and Customer Service Leadership – You will lead combined operations and customer service by directing activities, managing teams, setting standards, and driving excellence. You will oversee comprehensive operations and customer support supporting organizational objectives. You should lead operations and customer service strategically and professionally.

Operations Team Management – You will manage operations team by assigning responsibilities, providing direction, conducting reviews, and supporting professional development. You will build capable team, maintain standards, mentor staff, and foster collaborative culture. You should inspire confidence and develop team capabilities.

Customer Service Team Management – You will manage customer service team by assigning cases, providing direction, monitoring quality, and supporting development. You will build effective customer service team and ensure excellence. You should lead customer service operations effectively.

Team Supervision and Direction – You will supervise team by monitoring work, providing guidance, addressing performance issues, and supporting excellence. You will ensure team meets standards and deadlines. You should supervise team effectively.
