Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our growing team at LM Exchange LLC. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain high standards of customer service in our currency exchange operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily exchange operations and staff activities

Ensure compliance with all UAE Central Bank regulations and anti-money laundering policies

Monitor and verify currency exchange transactions and documentation

Manage cash operations and maintain accurate records

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complex issues

Train and mentor team members on procedures and compliance requirements

Conduct regular audits of transactions and documentation

Maintain security protocols for cash handling and storage

Coordinate with other branches and headquarters as needed

Prepare daily reports and reconciliations

Monitor market rates and implement rate updates

Ensure proper maintenance of all required licenses and certifications

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in exchange houses or banking operations

Proven supervisory experience in financial services

Strong knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations and compliance requirements

Experience with anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC procedures

Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Superior customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus

Computer literacy and experience with financial software

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
