Supervisor

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of waitstaff and other restaurant personnel

Ensure efficient and high-quality table service in the restaurant

Coordinate shift scheduling and staff assignments

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner

Maintain inventory of service equipment and supplies

Assist in training and developing waitstaff to provide exceptional customer service

Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar leadership role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team

Ability to multitask and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of restaurant operations and industry best practices

Proficient in English, additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) preferred
