Role Overview: The Stylist at Wear That is not just passionate about fashion, but also about building meaningful relationships with clients. As a Stylist, you will be at the heart of Wear That's personalized service, acting as a trendsetter, wardrobe consultant, and outfit artist. Your goal will be to inspire clients, help them find their personal style, and ensure they look and feel their best. Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Build strong, genuine relationships with clients to understand their fashion needs and preferences.

Provide personalized styling advice, encouraging clients to explore new fashion trends and discover their unique style.

Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.

Creative Styling:

Use your creative eye to design outfits and solve wardrobe challenges for clients.

Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into your styling recommendations.

Collaborate with the Wear That team to develop innovative styling solutions and contribute to the brand’s creative direction.

Communication & Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and confident advice.

Work closely with the Wear That team to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive client experience.

Share feedback and insights with the team to continuously improve service offerings and client satisfaction.

Autonomy & Initiative:

Manage your own schedule and set personal goals to achieve success in the role.

Take initiative in identifying new opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to the growth of Wear That.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.

Requirements:

Language Skills: Proficiency in Russian or Hindi is an added benefit.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar or creative role, preferably in fashion or styling.

Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Creative Eye: A keen eye for design, fashion, and current trends.

Passion for Fashion: A deep understanding of the latest fashion trends and the ability to translate them into personalized styling solutions.
