Job Description / Role:

Saudi Networkers Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy management and project management, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and overseeing key strategic projects. This role involves collaborating closely with executives and managers to develop and implement long-range strategic goals, as well as managing stakeholder relationships and contributing to strategic business cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Suggesting improvements to existing business strategies to drive growth.

Driving and overseeing the progress of key strategic projects and activities across the entire company.

Presenting weekly/monthly updates on progress to the CEO, executives, and Board of Management (BoM).

Supporting the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials.

Managing and contributing to strategic projects using a problem-solving approach and critical thinking.

Building and nurturing strong advisory relationships with key external and internal senior stakeholders, including influencing executives.

Defining problems and strategic solutions, including scoping, analyzing, preparing, and presenting strategy checks.

Identifying issues, developing hypotheses, and communicating insights and recommendations to key decision-makers.

Collaborating with executives and managers to develop long-range strategic goals for the organization.

Providing content-driven active guidance to team members during key strategic projects.

Collaborating with business units and line managers to produce profitable business and product plans, and evaluating these plans periodically.

Supporting the CEO with the preparation of materials for SV BoM, SEC BoD, and other individual ad-hoc presentations.

Liaising closely with the SEC Investment Sector and SEC Corporate Strategy.

Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy management and/or content-driven project management.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, supervisory/leadership, and project management skills.

Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence people from diverse backgrounds.

Experience in applying strategic frameworks and tools for analyzing strategic problems and developing strategies.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with flexible hours, and under pressure.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Proficient with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
