Position Overview: GCC Ginco Contracting is actively hiring an experienced Storekeeper – Civil to manage material inventory at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in civil storekeeping, with a deep understanding of material flow and site requirements in the construction sector.

Material Handling Expertise: The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving, checking, and organizing civil construction materials such as cement, steel, sand, and finishing materials. Familiarity with construction-specific material codes and quality standards is crucial to succeed in this role.

Inventory & Documentation: You will be tasked with maintaining daily stock records, preparing reports, conducting physical stock verification, and ensuring updated logs in manual or digital inventory systems. Your documentation must align with company SOPs and audit requirements.

Coordination & Communication: You will work closely with the procurement team, site supervisors, and logistics personnel to ensure timely availability of materials at various project sites. Effective communication is essential to keep operations running without interruption.

Compliance & Safety: The Storekeeper will enforce inventory storage protocols and maintain safety standards in the warehouse. You'll ensure that hazardous or perishable items are stored properly and adhere to HSE compliance guidelines.

UAE Construction Experience Preferred: Candidates with proven experience in UAE-based construction companies will be prioritized. Familiarity with local vendors, transportation methods, and regulations is a major plus.
