Role Overview – Autolink Contracting is hiring a Storekeeper for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for organized professionals with strong warehouse and inventory management expertise, construction and contracting industry knowledge, and the ability to manage storage operations effectively, maintain inventory records, coordinate material movements, ensure organization, support project needs, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic contracting organization.

Warehouse and Storage Management – You will manage warehouse operations by organizing storage, maintaining systems, coordinating activities, and supporting efficiency. You will oversee organized warehouse environment supporting organizational objectives. You should manage warehouse operations professionally.

Inventory Management and Organization – You will manage inventory by organizing stock, tracking goods, maintaining records, and supporting accessibility. You will maintain organized inventory systems and accurate records. You should manage inventory effectively.

Stock Tracking and Records – You will track inventory by recording receipts, monitoring storage, updating records, and maintaining accuracy. You will maintain accurate inventory information and documentation. You should manage inventory records.

Receiving and Inspection – You will oversee receiving by coordinating intake, inspecting goods, verifying documentation, and organizing placement. You will ensure proper receiving procedures and accuracy. You should manage receiving operations.

Goods Receiving Coordination – You will coordinate goods reception by organizing schedules, managing logistics, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting efficiency. You will facilitate smooth receiving operations. You should coordinate receiving activities.
