Inventory Management: As a Storekeeper, your core responsibility is to manage inventory by receiving, storing, and issuing materials efficiently and accurately. You will maintain proper stock levels and ensure that goods are stored in accordance with safety and organizational standards.

Receiving and Inspection: You will oversee the receipt of incoming items and inspect them for quality and accuracy against purchase orders. Any discrepancies must be reported and resolved promptly, ensuring accurate stock entry into the system.

Stock Issuance & Distribution: You will issue inventory items to various departments based on approved requisitions. Maintaining a proper record of issuance and ensuring accountability of materials is essential to avoid stock misuse or misplacement.

Stock Auditing & Reporting: You will be responsible for conducting periodic inventory checks and reconciling any variances. Prepare accurate stock reports, track slow-moving items, and support inventory audits as required by the management.

Store Organization: Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe storage environment is part of your routine. You will arrange stock in designated locations with proper labeling and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) methods to reduce waste.

System & Documentation: You will enter all stock movements into the ERP or inventory software system, generate daily/weekly reports, and ensure all inventory records are updated and accurate at all times.
