Job Overview: Our client, a well-established luxury retail brand operating within Dubai Duty Free, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor for the Watches Category. Responsibilities: As Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth store functioning, and maintaining luxury service standards. This includes monitoring stock levels, supervising the sales team, implementing visual merchandising guidelines, and driving daily sales performance. You will also be accountable for compliance with company policies and Dubai Duty Free regulations.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be an Indian male, as per the client’s requirements, with 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory position within luxury watches, high-end retail, or travel retail. You must demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, customer service orientation, and sales-driven mindset. Candidates with a background in structured retail organizations or experience managing high-value brands will be strongly considered.

Work Environment: The position is based at Dubai Duty Free, one of the busiest and most prestigious travel retail hubs in the world. You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment where luxury standards are paramount. This role requires resilience, adaptability, and the ability to maintain professionalism under high-pressure conditions while leading a motivated team.
