Role Overview:

As a Store Manager for Chanel, you will drive the store's business, build a loyal customer base, and manage your team while ensuring adherence to the brand's guidelines and store processes. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, enhancing customer experience, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

Represent the Chanel brand and communicate its values through interactions with customers and team members.

Define and execute the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and identify future sales opportunities.

Stay updated on trends, products, and competitors, and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.

Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing team; create a positive work environment and address employee feedback.

Act as a coach for team members, promoting growth and professional development.

Customer Experience:

Promote an omnichannel mindset among the team, integrating physical and digital touchpoints.

Implement clienteling techniques and leverage customer data to cater to VIP customers' needs.

Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers through exceptional service.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure adherence to sales and operational policies and procedures.

Oversee e-commerce order processing and ensure fulfillment standards are met.

Utilize technology tools to enhance customer experience and ensure team proficiency.

Maintain operational standards from stock replenishment to visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.

Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and HR guidelines; improve processes and address issues promptly.

Analyze traffic data to ensure optimal floor coverage.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.

Skills: Strong leadership, customer service, and sales skills; proficiency in managing retail operations and technology tools.

Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Others: A passion for luxury retail and a track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.
