Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury boutique operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a passion for luxury retail, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving sales performance and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team

Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback

Implement training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Foster a positive, collaborative work environment

Set clear objectives and motivate team members to achieve goals

Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Analyze sales data and create strategic action plans

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Identify opportunities for revenue growth and business development

Implement promotional strategies aligned with brand guidelines

Manage store budgets and control expenses

Customer Experience & Client Relations

Ensure delivery of personalized, luxury-standard customer service

Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients

Handle high-value customer interactions personally

Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

Organize and host client events and product launches

Maintain client database and communication records

Operations & Merchandising

Oversee daily store operations and administrative tasks

Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits

Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising guidelines

Maintain store appearance to luxury retail standards

Implement and monitor security procedures

Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Brand Ambassador

Represent the brand at events and business functions

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Ensure team adherence to brand standards and values

Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Provide feedback to management on market conditions and opportunities

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in luxury retail management

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Strong leadership and team development skills

Excellence in customer service and client relationship management

Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising

Proficiency in retail management software

Excellent communication skills in English

Desired Skills & Attributes

Additional language skills (Arabic preferred)

Understanding of UAE retail market trends

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience with CRM systems

Visual merchandising expertise

Event planning and execution skills

Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends
