Store Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective processes.

Manage staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Achieve sales targets by developing strategies, monitoring performance, and providing coaching.

Maintain high customer service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Handle inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and preventing shrinkage.

Create visual merchandising displays that align with the brand and enhance customer experience.

Prepare and analyze sales reports, making adjustments to improve store performance.

Monitor store budgets, managing costs, and ensuring profitability.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Liaise with senior management, providing regular updates on store performance and key metrics.
