Job Description

Position Overview

The Store Keeper F&B will be responsible for managing and maintaining the hotel's food and beverage inventory, ensuring proper storage conditions, and coordinating with various departments to maintain optimal stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage receiving, storing, and issuing of all F&B items and supplies

Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records

Ensure proper storage conditions for all food items, including temperature control

Monitor expiration dates and implement FIFO (First In, First Out) system

Process requisitions from various F&B outlets and departments

Coordinate with suppliers and maintain good vendor relationships

Verify delivery notes and purchase orders against actual deliveries

Report discrepancies in deliveries and maintain documentation

Ensure cleanliness and organization of storage areas

Comply with food safety and hygiene standards

Assist in monthly inventory reconciliation

Maintain par stock levels for all items

Generate and maintain accurate stock reports

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role within hospitality industry

Knowledge of F&B storage standards and procedures

Understanding of HACCP principles

Proficiency in inventory management systems

Good computer skills (MS Office, particularly Excel)

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Ability to communicate effectively in English

Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
