Job Description
Inventory Control and Management: As a Store Keeper at Emirates Reem Investments, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete inventory management process, ensuring that materials, tools, and finished goods are properly received, stored, and issued as per operational requirements. Your accuracy and organizational skills will play a vital role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
Receiving and Inspection: You will handle the receipt of goods, verify quantities and quality against delivery notes, and inspect items for damages or discrepancies. Coordinating closely with suppliers and internal departments, you will ensure that all received materials meet the company’s quality and compliance standards before storage.
Storage and Organization: You will maintain a well-organized and clean storage facility where items are arranged systematically for easy accessibility and safety. Implementing proper labeling, categorization, and storage procedures will help prevent loss, damage, and confusion within the inventory system.
Stock Monitoring and Replenishment: Keeping track of inventory levels, conducting routine stock checks, and identifying shortages or overstock situations will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will also coordinate with the purchasing and finance departments to ensure timely replenishment of materials based on demand forecasts and operational needs.
Documentation and Reporting: You will be responsible for generating Goods Received Notes (GRNs), maintaining stock registers, and updating digital inventory systems with precise data. Accurate documentation and timely reporting to management will ensure transparency and accountability across the supply chain.
Teamwork and Coordination: Working closely with logistics, procurement, and production teams, you will ensure smooth material flow throughout the organization. Your proactive communication and collaboration will contribute to improved operational efficiency and adherence to company timelines.
