A warehouse is more than a storage space. It is the heart of an auto spare parts business. If a part is misplaced, a customer waits. If stock is inaccurate, a sale is lost. Landmark International Auto Spare Parts Trading, a leading auto parts company founded in 2008 with operations across the UAE, Oman, and Qatar, is looking for an experienced Store In-Charge to lead day-to-day operations at its Umm Al Quwain warehouse. This is a role for someone who understands that in the auto parts industry, organization is not just a skill. It is the difference between a smooth-running operation and a frustrated customer.

This is a role for someone with at least three years of experience as a Store In-Charge or Storekeeper, preferably in the auto spare parts sector within the UAE or GCC. You will manage the receiving, storage, and dispatch of auto spare parts, ensuring that every item is checked against purchase orders and invoices, and that stock is recorded accurately in the inventory or ERP system. You will maintain accurate stock levels through cycle counts and stock verification, organize bin locations for quick and accurate picking, and prepare regular inventory reports. You will also supervise storekeepers, pickers, and helpers, maintaining safety and housekeeping standards across the warehouse. If you are organized, hands-on, and comfortable leading a team, this role will suit you.

The ideal candidate has good knowledge of auto parts, part numbers, and brands. You are familiar with inventory or ERP software and MS Excel, and you have strong organizational and leadership skills. You communicate effectively in English, and Hindi or Arabic will be an advantage. A UAE driving licence is an advantage. Immediate joiners are preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Umm Al Quwain. The salary is AED 4,000 per month. Benefits include visa, medical insurance, annual leave, and air ticket as per company policy and UAE Labour Law.
