Job Description

Patient Care and Monitoring – The Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients by continuously monitoring vital signs, observing health conditions, and responding promptly to patient needs. This role requires maintaining patient comfort and safety while ensuring care plans are followed accurately.

Clinical Assistance and Support – The position involves assisting physicians and medical teams during examinations, procedures, and treatments. The Staff Nurse will prepare patients for medical interventions, handle clinical equipment, and provide timely support to ensure smooth and effective healthcare delivery.

Medication Administration – The Staff Nurse will safely administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians while following hospital protocols. Accurate dosage calculation, documentation, and patient observation after medication administration are essential to ensure patient safety and treatment effectiveness.

Medical Records and Documentation – Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records is a key responsibility. The Staff Nurse will document nursing observations, treatment responses, and clinical notes in accordance with hospital standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Infection Control and Safety – This role requires strict adherence to infection control practices and hospital safety guidelines. The Staff Nurse will help maintain a clean and safe clinical environment, follow hygiene protocols, and support initiatives aimed at minimizing health risks for patients and staff.

Patient Education and Communication – The Staff Nurse will educate patients and their families about treatment plans, post-care instructions, and health management practices. Clear communication and emotional support are essential to improve patient understanding, comfort, and overall satisfaction.
