Job Description:

ECS | Enterprise Change Specialists is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sr. QA (Manual Tester) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manual testing within the airline industry and be ready to join immediately or within a 30-day notice period. This role requires working from the office and involves ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through meticulous manual testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.

Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.

Perform regression testing, functional testing, and system integration testing.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide testing feedback.

Ensure software applications meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Participate in reviews of requirements, design, and code.

Prepare detailed and accurate test reports and documentation.

Maintain a strong understanding of the airline industry’s specific testing requirements and standards.

Work closely with the QA team to improve testing processes and methodologies.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in manual testing.

Job Requirements:

Experience: 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in manual testing, with a focus on the airline industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and a passion for ensuring high-quality software products.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less are highly preferred.
