Position Overview: The Sr. Resident Engineer will oversee all phases of the infrastructure site project, ensuring design compliance, technical excellence, and timely project delivery. This role demands strong leadership, in-depth engineering expertise, and hands-on field management experience.

Project Supervision: You will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating between contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders, while monitoring progress to ensure all construction works align with specifications and project objectives.

Quality Assurance: The Sr. Resident Engineer will lead quality control efforts, verifying materials, methods, and workmanship to ensure adherence to international engineering standards, as well as local UAE authority requirements.

Health & Safety Oversight: A crucial responsibility is enforcing strict compliance with HSE standards. You will work closely with the safety engineer and project managers to ensure a safe work environment for all staff and workers on-site.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the primary point of contact, you will engage with clients, consultants, and government bodies to resolve issues, provide progress updates, and maintain strong communication across all stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Mentoring: The role involves supervising junior engineers, inspectors, and surveyors, providing guidance, technical input, and ensuring the project team functions effectively to achieve organizational goals.
