Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, tracking progress, forecasting timelines, and ensuring all project activities align with business objectives. You will closely collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize the planning process.

Project Management Role: The candidate will play a central role in developing, implementing, and maintaining project schedules. You will also participate in regular project meetings, offering insights into progress, delays, and required interventions. A deep understanding of resource allocation, risk analysis, and cost control is essential in this position.

Risk Assessment & Mitigation: You will be expected to perform continuous risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle and propose effective mitigation strategies. This includes identifying critical path activities, monitoring slippages, and recommending corrective actions. Your foresight will be instrumental in avoiding potential bottlenecks.

Reporting & Documentation: This role demands the preparation of weekly and monthly reports detailing project performance, variances, and forecasts. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for liaising with clients and stakeholders, and for documenting key developments and milestones.

Technical Collaboration: You will serve as a bridge between technical teams and project leadership. Close collaboration with design and site execution teams will be vital to align scheduling inputs with on-ground realities. Your planning expertise will support timely project delivery with minimal disruptions.
