Duties & Responsibilities:

HTP GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES is looking for a highly experienced and skilled Sr Manager - IT Business Partnering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and delivering technology solutions within the properties/real estate industry and possess exceptional project management skills.

Education & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science / IT

Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in managing and delivering technology solutions

Certifications: Project Management (PMP) certification

Industry Experience: Properties / Real Estate business

Leadership: Minimum of 4 years of experience managing a team

Role & Responsibility:

Process Knowledge: Strong process knowledge across the properties/real estate business.

Collaboration Skills: Evidence of strong collaboration skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Expertise: Expertise in MS packages, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and PowerApps.

ICT Initiatives: Excellent knowledge of ICT initiatives and developments.

Resource Management: Experience managing resources in a fast-moving environment and on projects with evolving requirements and accelerated timelines.

Project Management: Strong project management skills, including organization and time management.

Core Skills:

IT Project Management: Oversee and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

IT Quality Assurance: Implement and manage quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement IT Strategies: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives and drive continuous improvement within the organization.

Lead IT Projects: Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure IT solutions meet their requirements.

Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Budget Management: Manage the IT budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective delivery of IT solutions.

Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are mitigated effectively.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver value.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science / IT.

Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in managing and delivering technology solutions, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.

Certifications: PMP certification.

Industry Experience: Strong experience in the properties/real estate industry.

Technical Skills: Expertise in MS packages, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and PowerApps.

Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
