Duties & Responsibilities:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science / IT.

8 to 10 years’ experience in managing and delivering technology solutions.

Project Management (PMP) certification.

Industry experience for Properties / Real Estate business.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing a team.

Role & Responsibility:

Strong process knowledge across Properties / Real Estate Business.

Evidence of strong collaboration skills with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Expertise in MS packages including PowerPoint, Word, Excel & PowerApps.

Excellent knowledge of ICT initiatives and developments.

Experience managing resources in a fast-moving environment and on projects with evolving requirements and accelerated timelines.

Strong project management skills (organization and time).

Core Skills:

IT Project Management.

IT Quality Assurance.
