Job Overview: As a Sr. HR Supervisor at Metaworld Groups, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the human resources and administrative departments. Your key focus will be on implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and promoting a performance-driven culture throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities: You will lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and performance management. A major part of your role will involve developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with UAE labor laws and ensure consistency and fairness across the company.

Employee Relations & Development: You'll act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and concerns, fostering a healthy and transparent work environment. You'll also be tasked with identifying training needs and organizing development programs that enhance employee skills and align with business needs.

Administrative Supervision: This role demands overseeing all administrative functions including visa processing, employee documentation, insurance renewals, and travel arrangements. You will ensure that all records are up to date and that administrative tasks are completed with efficiency and accuracy.

Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies comply with UAE labor law and international standards. Lead internal audits and assist with labor inspections when required. You’ll need to stay updated on labor legislation and make necessary recommendations to the leadership team for policy updates.

Team Management and Leadership: As a supervisor, you will mentor and guide junior HR and admin staff. You’ll conduct performance evaluations, set clear goals for your team, and create a motivational culture that encourages collaboration and productivity.
