Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership: The Sr. HR Executive will take a leading role in driving HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, ensuring efficient people management and talent development within the organization.

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. Implement innovative hiring strategies tailored to the manufacturing, trading, and logistics sectors.

Employee Engagement & Development: Design and execute employee engagement programs, training sessions, and career development initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee performance.

Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, provide guidance to line managers, and implement performance improvement plans where needed.

Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies, updating HR procedures as needed to align with best practices in the industry.
