About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle human resources management, with a focus on building effective HR processes and driving employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding

Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Coordinate employee benefits administration and payroll

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws

Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and talent management

Organize and oversee employee training and development programs

Address employee queries and grievances in a professional and timely manner

Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals

Prepare HR reports and analytics to support business decision-making

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of proven experience in an HR generalist or specialist role

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR information systems

Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is preferred

Home country experience will also be considered for candidates currently located in Dubai
