Sr. HR Admin Officer

Job Description

Job Overview: The Sr. HR Admin Officer will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and maintaining compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of HR functions and possess strong communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities: The candidate will handle all administrative aspects of human resources including employee relations, documentation, recruitment coordination, and HR system management. They will ensure all HR records are accurately maintained and HR policies are implemented efficiently across departments.

Performance Management: The Sr. HR Admin Officer will be responsible for designing, monitoring, and evaluating employee performance systems, ensuring that performance reviews are conducted on time and in accordance with company standards.

Employee Relations: This role requires building strong interpersonal relationships within the company to foster a positive and compliant work environment. The candidate must be proactive in addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a healthy workplace culture.

Policy Implementation: The role demands thorough knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices. The Sr. HR Admin Officer will regularly review, update, and implement HR policies to align with both legal requirements and organizational goals.
