About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Spa & Wellness Manager to lead our cutting-edge wellness facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will blend operational expertise with a passionate commitment to creating transformative wellness experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of spa operations

Develop and implement innovative wellness programs that enhance client experience and drive revenue

Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of spa therapists

Manage comprehensive budget planning and financial performance

Oversee inventory management and procurement of spa supplies and products

Ensure highest standards of client service and treatment quality

Stay current with emerging wellness trends and integrate innovative approaches

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Create and execute marketing strategies to promote spa services

Develop performance metrics and conduct regular team evaluations

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of proven spa management experience in luxury wellness environments

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent understanding of current wellness and spa industry trends

Proven track record of revenue generation and operational efficiency

Advanced communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to create and implement strategic wellness programs

Requirements:

Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Wellness, or related field

Professional spa management certification preferred

Proficient in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Exceptional customer service orientation
