Project Leadership and Client Coordination  The Software Project Manager / Onsite IT Manager will lead end-to-end project coordination for software solutions within Oil and Gas and Construction environments, acting as the primary point of contact between clients and internal technical teams while ensuring smooth project execution and service excellence.

Requirements Analysis and System Planning  The role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed client requirements for engineering project management systems, translating operational needs into structured system specifications and software design documentation.

Software Implementation and Enhancement  The position involves guiding development teams in implementing system enhancements, optimizing existing software solutions, and ensuring that all system improvements align with client expectations and industry standards.

Client Engagement and Presentations  The role requires conducting professional software demonstrations, client presentations, and technical walkthroughs while supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities to strengthen client relationships and solution adoption.

Team Management and Service Delivery  The candidate will manage and coordinate the software product service team, monitor performance, ensure timely resolution of issues, and maintain high operational efficiency across ongoing projects.

Operational Data and System Management  Responsibilities include maintaining operational system data, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, security, and continuity of services.
