Job Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Soft Skills Trainer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering training programs aimed at blue-collar to junior-level employees. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique training needs within the Facilities Management (FM) industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging soft skills training programs tailored to blue-collar and junior-level employees.

Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and feedback from participants and managers.

Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities.

Conduct training sessions in various formats, such as workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Provide continuous support and coaching to trainees to ensure skill retention and application.

Collaborate with management to identify ongoing training needs and develop long-term training plans.

Travel within the UAE as required to deliver training sessions at different locations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

3-5 years of experience as a soft skills trainer in the UAE or GCC market.

Relevant training certifications.

UAE driving license is mandatory.

Proven experience in training blue-collar to junior-level employees.

Strong understanding of the Facilities Management industry preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using training software and tools.
