Big Fish Recruitment is seeking a skilled Soft Services Supervisor to manage and oversee the daily operations of a facilities management team in Dubai. The role will be based in the Bur Dubai area and involves supervising a large team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the soft services team, consisting of approximately 200 staff members.

Lead, mentor, and guide teams responsible for cleaning, ground services, landscaping, and office services.

Ensure optimal performance and efficiency of all team members.

Service Delivery:

Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) specified in the contracts.

Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to drive operational excellence and implement process improvements.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies across all soft services operations.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Performance Management:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of service delivery.

Address any performance issues or complaints promptly and effectively.

Communication and Coordination:

Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any operational challenges.

Requirements:

Education: A formal qualification relevant to facilities management or a related field.

Certifications: Knowledge and ideally qualification in BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Science).

Experience:

Proven experience managing a large blue-collar team in a facilities management or soft services environment.

Strong background in delivering soft services such as cleaning, ground services, landscaping, and office services.

Skills:

Strong leadership abilities with a customer-centric approach.

Proactive, determined, and driven to meet job requirements and exceed expectations.

Excellent communication skills and a flexible attitude towards operational needs.
