Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Manager to oversee and coordinate all soft services operations across our managed facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cleaning, housekeeping, pest control, waste management, and other soft services while ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement soft services strategies and operational procedures

Manage and supervise soft services teams including cleaners, housekeepers, and other service staff

Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental policies

Create and monitor cleaning schedules and maintenance programs

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain service quality

Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers

Prepare and manage departmental budgets and resource allocation

Handle client communications and maintain strong relationships

Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports

Train and develop staff to maintain service excellence

Implement continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in soft services management within facilities management

IOSH/NEBOSH certification preferred

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HSE regulations

Proven track record in managing large-scale soft services operations

Essential Skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Proficient in MS Office and CAFM systems

Outstanding communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Arabic language skills preferred

Strong budgeting and resource management abilities

Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
