Position Title: Soft Service Supervisor

Employment Type: Full Time

Monthly Salary: SAR 5,000 - 6,000 ($1,351 - $1,621)

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and manage housekeeping operations ensuring high standards of cleanliness and order.

Oversee and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Train and mentor new staff in proper cleaning techniques and use of equipment.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of cleaning and maintenance work.

Address and resolve any customer complaints regarding housekeeping services.

Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.

Prepare and maintain documentation related to housekeeping operations.

Utilize Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation purposes.

Perform all duties as assigned by superiors or the manager.

Ensure staff adhere to hygiene and presentation standards.

Proficiently manage and document housekeeping operations.

Requirements

Experience: 6-7 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a GCC country.

Education: Any Graduation.

Age: Below 45 years.

Skills:

Proficient in English.

Excellent documentation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Certifications: BICSc, PBICSc certificates are mandatory.

License: Valid/expired GCC country driving license is mandatory.

Flexibility: Ability to work anywhere in KSA as per company requirements.

Additional Requirements: Must be able to work under KSA conditions and meet hygiene and presentation standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Age: Between 22 – 40 years.

Documentation: Submit CVs with all supporting documents; applications without documentation will not be considered by the client.

Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to work anywhere in KSA.

Hygiene and Presentation: Candidates must maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
