Position Overview:

MCG Talent is seeking a seasoned Social Media Specialist with a strong background in marketing within the events industry. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and have a proven track record of managing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Align social media strategies with the overall marketing goals of the company.

2. Content Creation:

Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.

Ensure that all content is consistent with the company’s brand voice, style, and tone.

3. Community Management:

Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster positive interactions.

Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.

Use data to make informed decisions and improve strategies.

5. Campaign Management:

Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote events and drive attendance.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

6. Language Proficiency:

Utilize fluent Arabic language skills to create content and engage with the Arabic-speaking audience.

Ensure all communications are culturally relevant and appropriate.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in social media management, particularly within the events industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.

Fluent in Arabic, both written and spoken.
