Role Overview – Elite Group Holding Ltd is hiring a Social Media Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for creative marketing professionals with strong social media expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to manage social media operations effectively, create engaging content, build online communities, drive brand awareness, and support marketing objectives within a dynamic holding company business environment.

Social Media Strategy Development and Implementation – You will develop and implement social media strategies by establishing objectives, identifying target audiences, and creating content plans. You will align strategies with business goals, develop platform-specific approaches, and support social media growth. You will coordinate strategy implementation across platforms.

Content Creation and Publishing – You will create engaging social media content by developing text, designing graphics, and producing videos. You will write captions, craft messages, and create visual content supporting brand voice. You will publish content on schedule and maintain content calendar. You should produce varied, engaging content types.

Multi-Platform Management – You will manage multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others as appropriate. You will maintain consistent presence, optimize for each platform, and coordinate cross-platform activities. You should understand platform-specific best practices.

Community Engagement and Interaction – You will engage with online communities by responding to comments, answering questions, and facilitating discussions. You will build relationships with followers, encourage participation, and support community growth. You will monitor conversations and foster positive engagement.

Analytics and Performance Tracking – You will track social media performance by monitoring metrics, analyzing engagement, and measuring campaign results. You will prepare analytics reports, identify trends, and provide insights to management. You will use analytics to optimize content and strategy.
