Job Overview: Ducon Industries is looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. This position plays a vital role in managing our online presence, building brand awareness, and driving engagement across all major social platforms.

Key Responsibilities: You will manage all aspects of our social media strategy and execution. From developing content calendars and creating engaging posts to scheduling and publishing content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook, you will be responsible for ensuring our brand voice is consistent and impactful.

Campaign Management: You will design and run targeted ad campaigns to boost brand visibility, website traffic, and conversions. This includes setting KPIs, managing budgets, and tracking performance using social media analytics tools.

Community Engagement: As the digital face of Ducon Industries, you will monitor audience interactions, respond to inquiries and comments, and build relationships with followers to foster a vibrant and loyal online community.

Trend Analysis & Research: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying the latest social media trends, hashtags, viral content formats, and industry-specific developments. You will apply these insights to craft innovative campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Content Coordination: Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and photographers to create visually appealing and informative content. Ensure that all social media posts align with the broader marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
