Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

Manage agency's presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Telegram

Create engaging multimedia content

Capture property and event photos/videos

Content Strategy

Develop media plans and promotional strategies

Highlight current events and offers

Collaborate with design, marketing, and brokerage teams

Performance Analysis

Track social media campaign effectiveness

Prepare detailed performance reports

Optimize content strategy based on insights

Candidate Requirements:

Fluent English (Russian language skills preferred)

Proven social media management experience

Strong content creation skills

Comprehensive portfolio of previous projects
