Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Bilingual Social Media Manager to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to develop and execute compelling social media strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms for various consumer brands

Create engaging, culturally relevant content in both English and Arabic for different target audiences

Manage social media communities and engage with followers across multiple platforms

Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with client objectives

Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly

Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports

Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

Coordinate with clients to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management within the UAE/GCC region

Fluency in English and Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns

Experience working with lifestyle, beauty, or FMCG brands

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms

Understanding of UAE social media landscape and cultural nuances

Strong creative skills with an eye for visual content

Experience with content creation and basic design tools

Desired Skills

Experience working with major regional or international brands

Knowledge of influencer marketing and management

Understanding of paid social media advertising

Photography and video editing skills

Experience with social media crisis management
