Role Overview – Tajmeel Clinic is hiring a Social Media Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is ideal for creative, digital-savvy marketing professionals with strong social media expertise, healthcare sector knowledge, and the ability to develop content strategies, manage social platforms, engage audiences, and build brand presence within the medical and aesthetic healthcare environment.

Social Media Strategy and Planning – You will develop social media strategies by defining objectives aligned with clinic goals, identifying target audiences (patients, healthcare consumers, beauty and wellness enthusiasts), planning content calendars, creating campaign strategies for services and treatments, setting KPIs, and implementing comprehensive social media plans that drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and clinic growth.

Content Creation and Copywriting – You will create content and write copy by developing engaging social media posts, writing compelling captions and copy, creating educational health and wellness content, developing treatment information posts, producing before-and-after content (with patient consent), writing blog posts and articles, and creating content that resonates with healthcare audiences while maintaining medical accuracy and professionalism.

Social Media Platform Management – You will manage social media platforms by maintaining active presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels, posting regularly according to content calendars, optimizing posts for each platform, managing platform-specific content formats (Stories, Reels, Shorts, carousels), and growing social media presence and follower base.

Visual Content and Creative Development – You will develop visual content and creative by creating graphics, images, and visual assets using design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), producing video content showcasing treatments and procedures, creating patient education videos, developing infographics about health topics, coordinating professional photography and videography, and ensuring high-quality, visually appealing content.
