Duties & Responsibilities:

Work with other creative team members to produce visually appealing content.

Create guidelines for the consistent display and use of logos and other branding materials.

Assist in making design decisions, such as selecting fonts and colors, for all company content.

Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for engaging with target audiences.

Increase traffic and appeal to target audiences through creative and effective content.

Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns.

Contribute to the execution of marketing and annual sales plans.

Attend and actively participate in marketing operations or events to enhance brand awareness.

Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and demographics to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.

Requirements:

Experience: 0 - 1 year of experience in graphic design or social media content creation.

Education: Diploma in Graphic Design, Media Studies, Marketing, or related fields.

Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Creativity: Strong creative and design skills with attention to detail.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with a creative team.

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.

Location: Candidates must be currently located in Sharjah, UAE.
