Position Overview

Victory Pro, a dynamic and growing football academy dedicated to nurturing young talent and providing top-tier coaching, is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Community Manager to join our team. This part-time role is perfect for someone with experience in managing social media platforms, particularly within a football academy or sports-related organization, who can creatively showcase our academy's activities, successes, and culture to a broader audience.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the academy’s goals and objectives.

Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube) to engage and grow our audience.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.

Community Engagement: Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Content Collaboration: Collaborate with coaches, players, and staff to capture and share real-time content from training sessions, matches, events, and behind-the-scenes activities.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, especially in sports marketing.

Brand Consistency: Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Event Promotion: Assist in organizing and promoting events, such as tournaments, workshops, and community outreach programs.

Ad Hoc Projects: Handle ad hoc projects related to digital marketing and branding as required.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a football academy or sports-related organization.

Knowledge: Strong knowledge of football culture and the sports industry.

Skills:

Proficiency in using social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft engaging and creative content.

Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance.

Additional Skills: Photography and video editing skills are a plus.

Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Teamwork: A team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for football.
