Social Media Assistant and Content Creator – Vision Consultants Australia – Remote and Hybrid

Vision Consultants Australia is looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Assistant and Content Creator to join their team on a full time or part time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented content creator with a strong eye for design and a passion for social media who is ready to take ownership of day to day content creation and online marketing activities for a growing and professional consultancy.

In this role you will be responsible for creating and scheduling social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, independently designing flyers, banners, posts, stories, and promotional content using Canva or similar tools, and creating basic reels, short videos, captions, hashtags, and campaign messages. You will use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva AI for content ideas, captions, flyer drafts, and creative concepts, follow Vision Consultants branding guidelines to ensure all content is professional and consistent, and collect photos, videos, testimonials, and updates from internal team members. You will also respond to comments and messages where appropriate, maintain a simple weekly or monthly content calendar, and support sponsored social media campaigns as required.

Please note that this is not a senior SEO role. The position is focused purely on social media content creation, flyer design, reels, captions, AI assisted content ideas, and daily marketing support.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in social media content creation along with good knowledge of Canva or similar design tools and the ability to create flyers and social media designs independently. Basic video and reel creation skills, comfort using AI tools for content support, good written communication skills, and a creative, organized, and instruction following approach are essential qualities we are looking for.
