Duties & Responsibilities:

UNICORN HRD is seeking multiple candidates with SME Banking experience to join our team in Dubai. This position offers a competitive salary of up to 8,000 AED, depending on the candidate's experience. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing financial services and support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive banking services to SME clients, including account management, loan processing, and financial advisory.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

Assess and analyze the financial health of SME clients to determine creditworthiness and recommend appropriate banking products.

Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, loan applications, and other necessary documentation.

Monitor and manage the performance of SME accounts, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of banking services to SME clients.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the SME banking sector.

Candidate Profile:

Preferred Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

3 - 5 years of experience in SME Banking or a related financial services role.

Strong understanding of SME banking products, services, and financial analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and financial software applications.

Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
