Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and certified Smart Home & CCTV Automation Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot integrated smart home systems and security solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong customer service skills to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain smart home automation systems including lighting, climate control, entertainment systems, and security components

Set up and integrate CCTV surveillance systems, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and monitoring equipment

Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues efficiently

Conduct regular maintenance checks and system updates

Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation

Document installation procedures, maintenance activities, and service records

Collaborate with team members on complex installations and projects

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Maintain inventory of equipment and installation materials

Required Qualifications

Professional certification in Smart Home & CCTV Automation

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in smart home and CCTV system installation

Strong understanding of networking protocols and wireless technologies

Proficiency in programming and configuring automation systems

Knowledge of electrical systems and low-voltage wiring

Valid UAE driving license

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus

Technical Skills

Experience with major smart home platforms and protocols

Expertise in CCTV installation, configuration, and maintenance

Understanding of IP networking and network security

Familiarity with mobile applications and remote monitoring systems

Knowledge of building management systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
