Position: Sleep Lounge Service Agent

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner within the sleep lounge facility.

Provide personalized assistance to customers, including check-in, check-out, and addressing inquiries or concerns.

Ensure the comfort and satisfaction of customers by maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment within the sleep lounge.

Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any customer issues promptly.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Assist in administrative tasks such as maintaining records, processing payments, and updating relevant documentation as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service for at least one year is essential.

Must be currently residing in the UAE.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. A university diploma attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
