Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor/Foreman to oversee installation and fit-out projects at various locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site project execution and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate installation teams at project sites

Ensure proper execution of fit-out works according to drawings and specifications

Manage site operations and maintain project schedules

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Conduct site inspections and quality checks

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Manage site inventory and material requirements

Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery installation and fit-out projects

Strong background in site supervision and team management

In-depth knowledge of construction processes and standards

Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings

Excellent project management and coordination skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus

Requirements:

Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate

Valid UAE driving license preferred

Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical ability to move around construction sites/factory floor
